This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled for purchases made for Hakeem Invest (the “Service”).

1) Digital service

Hakeem Invest provides access to digital content and tools (subscriptions and/or one-time digital purchases). Because access is delivered immediately after payment, refunds are limited as described below.

2) Free trials (if offered)

If we offer a free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you are charged after the trial because you did not cancel in time, the charge is generally non-refundable unless required by law or there was an error.

3) Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the payment provider’s customer portal (if provided).

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past payments.

4) Refund rules

4.1 Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period starts, except:

if you were charged more than once for the same period,

if there was an unauthorized or fraudulent charge (subject to investigation), or

if required by applicable law.

4.2 Annual subscriptions

Annual subscription payments are generally non-refundable, except:

if required by applicable law, or

if we determine there was a billing error or a significant service issue preventing reasonable use.

If we approve a refund for an annual plan, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion, at our discretion, unless the law requires a different approach.

4.3 One-time purchases (if offered)

One-time digital purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or in cases of billing error/duplicate charge.

5) Service issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent reasonable access to the Service, contact us at . We will attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion, unless the law requires a refund.

6) How to request a refund or billing help

and include:

the email address used for your account,

the purchase date,

the transaction/receipt reference (if available),

and a brief explanation of the issue.

7) Processing time

If a refund is approved:

we will submit it to the payment provider as soon as practical, and

the time to appear in your account depends on your bank/card issuer (often several business days).

8) Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.

9) Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above will change when we do.
